They do that because they may KNOW how to say it, but they typically don't.
I just turned 12, i will NEVER ever have sex at this age, i wear short shorts, skirts, dresses. i have had a few boyfriends, i have kissed quite a few people. But thats not the meaning of slut right? People just say "12 year old slut" because of their appearence, which is not true.
I may hang around older people, wear "slutty clothing" (as others would say) , i wear make up and all that shit, i have heaps of self respect.
I know people my age that go out drinking, stealing, doing drugs, smoking and that. which i wouldnt do. I have a good relationship with my parents and everyone, i know i am a nice girl. which is why no one should judge on their appearence.

Its not exactly that 12 year olds are slutty, but when you look like it or try to dress like you're older, it makes you look silly because you can't pull it off yet. Therefore, it gives off a bit more of a whorish look compared to people who are older and can more commonly be found wearing that sort of stuff.
"Look who raised us!" well, the world is getting more intense every generation. Parents are trying their best. You bitch and moan about wanting to be treated like an adult and then your argument is "well you shoulda been a better parent!" Yeah, take some responsibility for yourself, little girl.
Also, short shorts ARE trashy. Leave a little to the imagination. Also, FYI- Strippers do wear clothes- that's why they're called strippers dumbass, they STRIP the clothes off!.
