My Rant is:

YOU DO NOT DESERVE A HOUSE.

Seriously.

What do I have to do? Quit My job, not go to school, play with toys, and let my boyfriend do all the work, so he'll buy me a house, the giant flat screen tv and everything else I demand?

Seems to be working for my ex-best-friend. Fuck her. It pisses me off SO FUCKING MUCH.

Not only did she quit her job to go to school, then decided she can't afford school, they are now buying their first house. SHES ONLY FUCKING 20 YEARS OLD. She's never had a full time job. And every job she's had, she's either been fired from, or quit because she "hated it so much". BITCH, SOME PEOPLE WOULD KILL TO HAVE THE JOB YOU COMPLAIN ABOUT.

And me? Oh, I have $7.54 in my savings. I work 40 hours a week to stay alive, and do side jobs to make ends meet. I've worked my ass off for three years while she's just sat on her large back side and let her boyfriend... pardon me, now it's fiance, pay for everything she's asked for.

AND NOW THEY ARE GETTING A FUCKING HOUSE.

I do not mean this as I deserve a house. I don't: I want to save up, and build a house myself. What I'm saying, is this stupid bitch who still acts like she's in 10th grade, needs to get a fucking dose of reality and get put in her place. She has never worked for anything a day in her life, and now she's getting a house dropped into her lap?

What. The. Fuck. Universe.

Can't I get a head one bit without having to hear her brag about how better off she is than me?

Find a girl friend or get a fiance that'll act the opposite of your ex-best friend, both of you work asses off. = profit.

They sound like a normal couple/weds from years back, when women didn't need to have jobs and men did all the work. Thank god most women aren't like that anymore, but that chick is sad exception..

yeah, you can get ahead, many people have done it before but getting ahead in life means making a few sacrifices. social lives cost a lot of money, because your always trying to one up somebody else. in this case it's your ex friend, so you end up buying shit that you don't need. second thing, you obviously have the internet otherwise you wouldn't be on here, you also have a computer, and you have a few basic things that you technically don't "need" but it's so pervasive in society that you just get it anyways. internet, cable tv, a smartphone instead of a regular phone. these things cost money and you yourself need to decide if being ahead in life and finances is worth letting go of these things.

second of all it sounds like your ex-friend is a class A idiot, but her fiance seems to be smart. right now is the perfect time to buy a house if your finances can handle a loan.

which brings me to my third and final point; you don't know their entire situation, you don't know why the fiance is still with your ex-friend. you don't know what both of their financial situation is. and if they are both as idiotic as you say they are then they will pay for that 100 fold when they get stupid enough to have a child.

God has a way of dealing with fools. don't be one yourself.
