My Rant is:

You had kids, now you have no life. Who knew?

You had kids, now you have no life. Who knew?

I can't help but notice that recently my facebook wall feed has been full of people complaining about how life just isn't the same anymore. Most of these people are between 25 - 35. I know they need a place to bitch, they don't leave the house, they have new kids to take care of. I have a few things to say to these people.
#1- You wanted kids. Did you expect that after you gave birth you would proceed to snort coke in cheap bar bathrooms and grind against your friends on the dance floor? (Amongst other things.)
#2- You didn't want kids? You could have had some choices. You know, abortion. ( I know, touchy) Also, these is this magnificent invention called the condom. What? You didn't use one? They also have this magnificent invention called "Plan B" or the morning after pill. The equivalent of about 4 normal birth control pills and will not cause damage or infertility if taken several times. You weren't informed? Then inform yourself. After all, you're grown up enough to spread your legs.
#3- It's spring, I know. You've been cooped up all winter. Your kids have been sick etc. You want to be out and about like everyone else. Find other people with kids and do activities outside. Get off of fucking Facebook and do something about it.

damn good picture if i do say so myself, but good job, you nailed it, when you have kids they are your life, my grandfather had a saying, if he couldn't bring his kid there (my mother) then he had no business being there. if you can't say that then your doing it wrong.
